Hobbies and interests

My preferences are active rest, healthy food, excellent mood and whatever can provide me with it. I do my best to keep fit, for this purpose I often go to the swimming pool, right now I practice a lot of water aerobics. No matter what I do, I always try to find myself in high spirits.
